PointX now includes Edubase data

With the goal of having the most up to date and complete datasets available the latest release of PointX now includes schools and colleges from Edubase (the data provision arm of the Department for Children, Schools and Families in England.) In addition to this, data has also been sourced from both the Welsh Assembly and the Scottish Executive to further enhance PointX’s offering.

Phil Alder (PointX General Manager) said, “We are delighted to be able to offer education data directly from government departments. As it happens we were very happy with our existing supplier of education data but felt getting closer to the government sources would be better still.”
